Founded on the pillars of Performance, Excellence, Athletics, and Community, PEAC was created to solve a specific problem in the sports world: the gap between hard-working athletes and the collegiate programs looking for them. We realized that talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t always as easy to find. We’re here to change that.

Our Core Philosophy

At the heart of PEAC is a simple belief: Athletics is a vehicle for life. While our events are built on elite competition and college scouting, our purpose is deeper. We view every combine as an opportunity to teach resilience, every clinic as a lesson in leadership, and every community project as a way to show that we are all on the same team.

The Three Pillars of PEAC

• 1. Visibility with Value We don’t just put you in a room with coaches; we prepare you for it. From professional evaluation sheets to educational sessions on how to talk to scouts, we ensure that every athlete leaves a PEAC event more prepared for their future than when they arrived.

• 2. Community Integration PEAC doesn't believe in "hit and run" events. We select local partners and causes in every city we visit—from Indiana, PA to Augusta, GA—to ensure that our presence leaves a positive footprint. When you register for a PEAC event, you are directly funding the growth of local sports.

• 3. The Standard of Excellence From the flooring we choose to the recruiters we invite, we hold ourselves to a collegiate standard. We provide a professional atmosphere that mimics the pressure and the prestige of the next level, giving athletes a true taste of what’s to come.

Why We Started

PEAC was born out of a desire to see more "action" in the world of recruitment. We saw too many talented athletes flying under the radar simply because they didn't have the right platform. We also saw a sports world that was becoming increasingly disconnected from its local roots.

We decided to build a company that fixed both—creating a high-octane recruitment pipeline that doubles as a community engine.
